The property is absolutely gorgeous and it is situated in an ideal location next to the airport. The rooms are spacious, clean, updated daily, and very upscale/advanced. Definitely work the buck your paying for. There is a Starbucks downstairs and a beautiful gift shop. The restaurant serves a breakfast buffet for about 20 bucks and it's absolutely delicious! Anything you order can be charged to your room and they allow you to take your drinks upstairs. Very clean facility and beautiful ballrooms! I really enjoyed my first trip to Illinois especially attending the dance event I was in on property. It was a wonderful location to host this event and I cannot wait to return.

The housekeeper I briefly interacted with was extremely personable. The aesthetics/design in the hotel's common and private areas are among the best I've stayed at and the presence of a Starbucks on the ground floor was quite convenient.

The room was not only beautiful, but incredibly practical. Loved the closet in the bathroom, the extra towel hooks, the couch/bed/luggage table, the automatic light under the bath vanity, and even the makeup mirror. The lobby is lovely. Like having the Starbucks handy in the morning. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They managed to get me into a room before check-in time.

The woman at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating - I’m sorry I can’t remember her name. Parking was easy and availability was plentiful but will cost you. Starbucks was a good option for decent coffee in the am.

Very simple interior but had everything I needed; a little work space, big sofa, fridge, and the bathroom had great compartment for shoes and clothes. They have a great restaurant that offers unique and tasty food and service was always wonderful and fast.
